Step 1 - Select the site where you want to approve user access requests

You will only have access to the sites where you are the program director of record.

To select a site, click on the "View requests" option for the appropriate location. If you only have access to one site, only one site will be shown.

This screen displays how many users you have pending for approval on all clinics that you are assigned to. If you are the program director of a site and you do not see the site listed below, please contact Lighthouse Support.

You will only see the "View Requests" button when there is more than 1 user that is pending approval for your clinic(s).
