Guest Dosing - Setting up a visit to your clinic by a patient coming from out of state

Use this screen to set up a Guest Dosing Trip dates and medication for a patient visiting from out of state.

Instructions

The first step is to setup the patient that will be visiting your site. Fill in all fields below. If the patient already has a trip scheduled that conflicts with the date range you entered, you will be shown the conflict and given a chance to change this trips date range or cancel the trip.
