Use this screen to help locate a patient from your program that you want to update.

Launching your search will results in the creation of a dashboard displaying likely patients who match your search criteria. To choose the correct patient, click the Select Patient button at the right side of the display and you will be taken to that patient's Details page.

Use the patient's legal first name, you may include a space and/or the characters – and ‘
