This report will show all patients for the selected site in alphabetical order.

This is an efficient report that will allow you to review all patients in your clinic. You can generate the report in three formats. In the HTML version, we allow you to instantly select and edit information on any patient. We refer to this as a working report, and you can perform many tasks needed to keep the Central Registry up to date.

Click on the name to open the patient. If you need to change or edit the patient identifying information,click on the change button. Any changes will permanently modify the data entered for the patient.
