Guest Dosing Dashboard - Test Site 8 (Dev2)

This dashboard will display all guest dosing trips to your clinic. If the trip start date is in the future you can click on the button “Trip Details” to see the medication details as ordered. If the trip has started, you can record doses provided to the guest patient. Your clinic may change the medication and/or dose based on your Clinic’s Doctor or Authorized Medical Practitioner’s prescribed changes.

If you are sending a patient to an out of state clinic, do not use this screen.

Please contact that clinic directly via phone or email and they will record the visit when the patient arrives.

Once the trip is approved a button will display to generate a printable copy of the trip details. This button will not display until approved by the sending site doctor.
